1. What We Collect

DealForge collects the following information to operate the Service:

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name provided at signup
• Property data: CSV-imported property records, including addresses, owner names, assessed values, and motivation signal scores — all user-uploaded content
• Pipeline and CRM data: Deal stages, notes, assigned buyers, and outreach logs created through your use of the platform
• Billing information: Processed by Stripe. DealForge does not store raw payment card data
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the Service

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including lead scoring, CRM, and deal room features
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, and platform updates
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service
• Improve platform features based on aggregate usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

DealForge does not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only in these cases:

• Stripe: Payment processing — subject to Stripe's own privacy policy
• Polsia infrastructure: Hosting and operations (the platform that powers DealForge) — protected by Polsia's own data handling agreements
• Legal obligations: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

Your deal room posts and cash buyer connections are visible only to the parties involved — not to other members.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@dealforge.app. We retain transaction records as required by applicable law.

5. Cookies

DealForge uses session cookies to authenticate your account. These are essential for the Service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Security

Data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS and stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Neon (a Vercel subsidiary). Access is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is 100% secure — we implement standard industry protections and monitor for vulnerabilities.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to certain processing activities

8. Children's Privacy

DealForge is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. International Users

DealForge is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. We will notify you of material changes via email to the address on file.
