Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DealForge provides a deal sourcing platform for real estate investors. The Service includes lead generation tools, pipeline CRM, outreach templates, cash buyer network access, and deal room functionality, accessible via subscription tiers as described at /pricing.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize DealForge (via Polsia) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

DealsForge offers three tiers:

• Starter — $199/month: up to 50 claimed leads, basic CRM, outreach templates
• Pro — $399/month: 200 claimed leads, cash buyer network, priority scoring, contract templates
• Scale — $799/month: unlimited leads, deal room, buyer matchmaking, API access, revenue share eligibility

4. Revenue Share (Scale Tier)

Scale members may receive 10–15% of assignment fees when deals are closed through the DealForge cash buyer network, subject to deal verification via the CRM. Revenue share is paid out monthly. DealForge reserves the right to verify deal terms and adjust or withhold payouts in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Harass, defame, or discriminate against any person
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond your own leads
• Use the data provided through DealForge in ways that violate fair housing laws or consumer protection regulations

6. Data and Privacy

Your pipeline data is private to your account. DealForge does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Stripe for payments and may link to external cash buyer profiles, county data sources, or other third-party services. DealForge is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service.

8. Limitation of Liability

DealForge and its operators are not responsible for any decisions made based on data or leads provided through the Service. Real estate investing involves risk. Use the Service at your own discretion.

9. Account Termination

DealForge may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
